Here's part of the Z-Wreck demo with Dave Baker from Z-Fest. I'm really sorry about the audio; I tried running it through every program I had and couldn't clean up the parts where it distorts. Next year I'll use a shotgun mic and do it right, although I'll never forgive myself for the stupid mistake this year.

Great to get an early listen to the Z Wreck. Thanks for the effort, Phil. I didn't mind the occasional clipping at all!

I can't play very well....... However, that is THE SOUND I've had in my head for the last 5 years that I want in an amp. You don't need to shred like the dickens to enjoy how this amp sounds....just slowly arrpeggiating a chord sounds soooooooooo NICE ;D This will be my next amp.....all else that's lurking on the GAS list goes to the back of the closet for sure Keith

Wow! Thanks Phil! I know you are busy with more pressing things than this. Really cool of you.
Just about the "Helen of Troy" of amps. Songs will be sung:)

Just to add here, Dave Baker is a class act! And an incredible guitarist. He was perfect for the demo of the ZWreck with Doc narrating.

I really didn't need to see that. Cranked up at the end reminded me of the "Hold On Loosely" intro tone. Rock out baby!

There's another part that was pretty distorted on my camcorder mic where he does hard rock on it. Clean to awesome rock tone with a turn of the guitar's volume knob.

Personally, the most frightening thing for me is I can hear that amp working REALLY well for a lot of my stuff. damn. I should just give up and get serious about golf.

My brother is serious about golf and spends as much on it as I do on guitars. Well, almost. So you're just as well to keep on keepin on Jaye.

Thanks for posting Phil. It's great to relive that demo again. No worries about the sound--thanks for all your efforts documenting Zfest each year. I'll echo what others have said about Dave Baker. He is just scary good. He's got taste, speed, precision, and an unbelievable right hand. He makes me feel great and bad at the same time. I love his listening and watching him play but I feel bad realizing how limited my own playing is.
