Speaker - as in 1? Curious...thinking about changing up the 112 cab. Or not, but still curious. For the 112, I'm still blowing it thru a Weber Silver Bell Alnico 50 watt. Sounds amazing, but I'm always goofin' with the gear... 6545 sounds great thru some 212 setups but I'm curious about great tones thru a single 112. Floor is open for discussion...

My 6545 is set for delivery tomorrow. Hopefully I'll get a chance to try it through a few 112 cabs before the weekend. I'll let you know how I like 'em.
Bag End S12 (rear ported poplar ply) Bag End S12-B with EVM-12L (rear ported birch ply) RAWoods 112 with Celestion G-12 Classic Lead 80 (open back solid poplar) RAWoods Deluxe Reverb cabinet with Weber California (open back solid pine)
I may try it through some other single 12s as well.

I use the stock Z-Best, but it also sounds real good with my Avatar 2x12 Vinatage cab with a G12H-30 and a Heritage G12H.

The weber blue dog 50 alnico. Now I'm using a 2x12 silver bell and blue dog, which I like even more both alnico and 50w.

I just stuck a Celestion Gold in an Avatar 212 cab along with a 50w Silver Bell. It sounds absolutely awesome with the 6545 and the Stangray! ;D

The only 1x12 if tried is the G12-65 and it was very nice.... I should have my Tone Tubby H-bomb set soon. I'll give 'em a shot individually and let you know....

I just got my 6545 yesterday! So far have only run it with a 4x12 of 25 watt greenbacks but I will try it out this weekend with a WGS retro 1x12. Will let you know how that goes.

Okay... you said 1 speaker... like, as in not a 2x12 or 4x10, right? First of all it's gotta handle at least 60 W, which rules out some of the standard British/Celestion choices. Here, however, are a few 1x12 suggestions that I think would go really well with either the SRZ-65 and/or the KT-45 sides of your 6545: * Celestion Heritage Series G12M-65 or WGS ET65 - 65 W (open or closed back); Good all-around choices, fuller low-end and more even mids
Celestion Vintage 30 - 60 W or Eminence Governor - 75 W (closed back); Also good all-around, a little more mid-rangey
* Eminence Wizard or WGS Retro 30 - 75 W (closed back); Kind of like a higher-powered G12H-30, sounds great clean & dirty
* Eminence Tonker - 150 W (closed back); Sort of "Fane" sounding, and rumored to have great cleans, too
Weber Blue Dog or Silver Bell with 75 W voice coil (open back); Probably better with the SRZ-65 side, but people love these
*My personal picks

Well the Tone Tubby H-bomb set was a no go. It was very hollow sounding. I was really quite surprised as I had high hopes. I quickly went back to the 2 greenbacks.
Might have a couple of TT Hempcones for sale soon (12" 40 / 40 Ceramic & Red Alnico).......
