Limited Edition. Black with a Red valence and Silver panel. There were 30-something made. I think the chronology was the Doc stopped making the SRZ. He came out w/ a small run of LEs. There was enough interest/demand that he brought it back to full production status. I don't know the exact time frame of the different runs.
