I was watching #18 myself. I didn't bid on it, but I was surprised it went for just a little over $1300.
My Route 66 satifies my Marshall urge.

People have told me the Maz can do a Marshall. But I've never thought so. Curt (Tele62) gave me his settings for getting a Marshall sound out of a Maz, but I haven't tried it yet.
Those small bottle EL84's just compress and sound differently .

Sorry, you were outbid. My #19 is going nowhere. I really love this amp. You'll find one, they're worth the wait.

yeah i know what you mean bout the 66, but it seems like a different flavor. does your junior get into that zone at all? never played one. The Route 66 and the SRZ are about as different as two amps can be but then again .... there were some folks that used Marshall Bluesbreakers as jazz amps so perhaps in the settings he uses on each type of amp he gets what his thoughts are on Marshall characteristics which might be right on the money for him. A Marshall JTM-45 at 4-5 on the volume is a very different animal that that same amp played on 9-10.

That too bad looks like #18 was owned by a forum member (according to thread entitled SRZ 65 LIMITED EDITION )...too bad he didn't post it for sale on here first....
