;D Hey thanks guys, I have no problem with the sending mp3 thing. Can anyone recommend a streaming site? That might make it easier in the future. I haven't played enough yet to get the different scenarios sorted out. For example, the solo to So Lonely, my guitar volume was on 4 but I forgot to turn my neck position volume down so when I switched to it on that solo it was far too hot. I was like "oh bugger"! I'm going to have to find that sweet spot for the Police thing where it is raunchy enough for the rockier/punkier tunes and leads yet cleans up enough for the cleaner stuff. Just a matter of getting to play the amp more. The classic rock stuff is pretty straight forward. Just push the volumes! ;D I loved the 66 and Remedy in stereo thru 2-1x12's. That was a great sound. Hmmm, lot's of experimenting to do. I think now I just need a great clean amp and a p-90 guitar (G-90! ;D) and I'm done. ...maybe a tele too. G-90...........Jaye you crack me up... Ah you say you need a Stangray huh. Well Global Vintage in Sydney had one before Xmas when I rang them. On 2nd thoughts, how about 3 knobbies and something with EL34's instead? ;D

Excellent playing and what a nice singer, he really captures the "sting" feeling. Sounds to me more like a dead ringer for Jon Anderson of Yes. Jaye, Great playing and singing. I really dig the Police tunes. They're one of my all-time favorite bands.

WOW Jaye, great sound man!
So having sort of decided on a Monza as my "solo" amp, Mike sends me to look at a Remedy, and I think I've fallen in love all over again!! This is such a fantastic sound!
Now, it'll be Maz18 Combo for the clean/hair stuff, and an A/B on a Remedy for the solo stuff.
Steve, you said it buddy, it never ends!!
Cheers
Pete ;D

Oh, poo shmmoo Steve! I have been so inspired and learned so much from your clips it's ridiculous! They have been a god-send to those of us who can't just go try a Z amp out. I've referenced them so many times. They are all great with excellent playing. I still remember that Prescription ES clip with I think a gold maybe, and it was one of the sweetest tones I've heard. Totally different to anything I've ever had, but had me going, "hmm, I need to get THAT "sweet" thing down as well" Still makes me gas for a ES just thinking about it. (plus the fact that I loved the one I played, I think George has it now)
I think I'm hoping to get my "sweetness" from the Ray, some day...

All you guys with the sound clips up there are an inspiration - both tonally and musically!! It's so good the hear all the great playing too - after all that's what Z amps are all about, letting the playing shine through. Makes me want to play more and BETTER!
Cheers ;D

jaye.........I really enjoyed those clips. You and your band are excellent. I really enjoyed your vocals as well. Nicely done.
The Remedy is very Plexi-ish..............as I listened I was thinking that playing that Remedy thru a half stack would have been pretty cool, esp on the zep tune.
Do you guys do King Of Pain??? I'd LOVE to hear a clip of you guys doing KOP..................

Didn't play it at that rehearsal so no recording of it yet.
