I just got a brakelite and I just mounted mine in my 2x12 Open Back cab On a Peice of wood and then Velcro the whole thing to the bottom of the cab in between both speakers so I can look down and see, I dont want to forget it's in there, I have a small fan that has a moveable clip that I attach and blow downward through the cab for Ventilation, Seems to be working fine, I wanted to mount on the side but I was having to put it up so high it was hard to see without looking upside down. I finally getting use to using the brakelite, My Stangray Loves it!!!!!! Daniel hope you get yours mounted theres no wrong way just what works best for you,

Looks like this will be the solution for me. I was thinking of getting an Air Brake for my Stangray head and 2x12 cab but I like the idea of mounting and hiding the Brake Lite away inside the cabinet. Not to mention it's significantly cheaper than the Air Brake. I won't be putting any 45+ watt heads into this cabinet anyways.
