I actually had my Ray running almost wide open and It was Pure Heaven!!! I liked the gradual breakup it gave so much I bought a Brakelite form My good Friend Ringmod! I will be using the brakelite exclusively with The Ray and a 2x12 Loaded Greenback Matching Cab! Any suggestions on settings on the brakelite with the Ray! , Thanks for the feedback

Just pop it in there and try 3 to start. I leave mine on 3 or 4 with my MAZ all the time because I love the little bit of extra punch/ compression I get with the amp cranking a bit. Most Z amps are so LOUD anyway that an attenuator can be left on with good results even at larger gigs. IMO.
Start at 3 and have fun! Eddie

I agree with Eddie. Start at 3 and see what you think. I do find some tone degradation on 4. Fortunately, at gigs I have not needed to cut back to 4. Usually start the gig at 3, then maybe pop up to 2 later in the evening.

I like setting 1 or 2 myself, lets the guitar and amp shine.
