I'm almost certain I'm going with the EZG-50, play a tele and 335, which cab should I get...2-10 or ZBest.
Also should I add a Brake Lite?
thanks

Brake Lite won't work with the EZG-50 - too much power. Go with the Airbrake instead, although you won't need that unless you want to hear those 6L6's breaking up. If you play clean, the master volume does the trick. On the cab thing, there is a huge difference between the two you've listed, both in sound and in portability. Keep in mind that the Z-Best comes standard with a V30 and G12H. What kinds of tones are you expecting from your EZG? If you're wanting big fat Fender type tones, those Celestions might not be the way to go. On the other hand, if you want big fat edgy tones, that Z-Best can't be beat. The 2x10's on the other hand are amazing for their size - and don't be thinking they aren't fat - they are way fat! The odd thing is that the 2x10 cab can handle way more power than the Z-Best, so if you have other amps you might want to play, that can be a consideration. So tone wise you might have to play both in order to know if they meet with your expectations - they are quite different, both really good sounding cabs, just different.

Yeah, I love the clean tones, always stayed real close to that "Anson" tone, although at times I'd like to have a good overdrive/sustain that I can call on. Just wondering if this can be dialed up with the MV.

You won't be able to dial in an overdriven tone with the master volume unless you can really play loud. The pre/post is a little different than having a master volume in my opinion. Together they work to really change the feel of the amp. If you want overdrive and sustain you will probably need a pedal, or an airbrake. The EZG can get loud really quick.
