Although I have other Z's I can't wait to get my hands on this one. All I have read and heard about these special amps sounds exactly like what I'm needing. I just signed on with a local established group and I am jumpin' up and down to unwind this new amp with this group. Oh well I guess that's enough I am just pumped having just made the deal. Now I have to wait the 4-5 day delivery. Thanks for listening. I've got to go sit down and stop talking about it, the wife is sick of hearing about it. Thanks

Very cool amp. I love my little 112 combo. I put a beam blocker in mine as it helps take out some of the "shrillness" and that helped wonderfully. It is a workhorse. A perfect marriage of a Marshall, a Vox, and a Fender. You will love it! Paul

Cool 6strang! Mine is also a 1-12 combo. Can you tell me a little about the beam blockers? I don't know anything about 'em. Within threads here it seems like a lot of mazerati owners use them. My rati is coming with a red fang in it. I've read other posts among us here that use the RF any seem to like them, but I only know what I've read about them. Heck maybe I don't know sh$*, but I'm hoping you do. Thanks

Got a Red Fang in mine, and I LOVE it!! I also put Beam Blockers in mine, not sure if it needed them since it's not as brite as my Stangray (especially with this speaker), but it sounds good in there. Mine is a 1x12 as well.....the beam blocker is made by Weber speakers and it's a metal rod with a 3 or 4 inch circle in the middle of it that has speaker cone material shaped in a cone pointed towards your cone. This disperses the highs, spreads them out and spreads the tone out much wider than you'd imagine. You can be standing 4 feet in front of it and 4 feet off to the side and still hear it without any problems.... While the people in the front row aren't getting nailed with a bunch of highs right in their ears. Pretty cool little investment for only around $15-ish each. Some people use duct tape or a cardboard circle and get basically the same effect, but the BB's seem to do a little more with their unique design.
Congrats on the amp.... It doesn't have the chime that the Ray/RxES or AC30 has, but it is a WONDERFUL amp and a real close 2nd to my Ray.... It'd be hard to decide between the two, and is every weekend.

Thanks telejas. Where would I locate the Beam Blockers at? As they disperse the sound do they cut volume too, or does it just seem like it as it is spreads the highs around? Are they easy to install? Thanks man for the good info.
