Could someone tell me the best way to remove the chassis on my mazerati 1x12 combo?

I would put the amp on its side to remove the chasis. That way there isn't any additional stress on the chasis screws when you remove it. Also, make sure the amp is unplugged! It sounds like a no-brainer, but you have to be careful.

Why are you removing it? If you must, lay it face down. Remove the back panel, remove the strain relief on the power cord. Then slowly/carefully unscrew the 4 main chassis screws while supporting the chassis. Then hold/lift the amp by the transformers and remove it from the cab.
