Hey guys,
I'm hoping someone can answer this for me. I've got a Brake Lite installed in one of my combos, and it's just great. I'm wondering if when the BL is set to 0dB, does that mean the signal bypasses all circuitry and is sent straight to the speaker? Ie, will there be any modification to tone at this setting?
Thanks a bunch.

I can't tell that it messes around with my tone either. When I installed mine, I looked at the wiring, and it looks like bypass to me, but I'm no tech. I can tell that the rotary switch is top notch. jw

Same here. No noticeable tone loss. Not sure if it's "true" bypass, though. There's probably some sort of capacitive loss with the extra wiring and connections, but again, my ears don't hear it.

I just looked at one of mine but didn't break out a meter. It appears to be true bypass based on the switch and how it is wired between the in/out and the ends of the load resistors.
