I don't have the Jr but I used to own a Ghia and currently own the RXES. The Ghia has more pronounced mids. I think the jr could be a lot more versatile with it full eq section but in saying this the Ghia is a wonderful little plug and play amp. I wish I still had mine now.

Never tried a Ghia. But I think the Jr, with the EQ, Overdose, and Master, will ultimately give you more sounds. Less pure of a tone (a stupid comment, as any amp like this has amazingly pure tone), but very versatile. Also, the volume/distortion relationship is far different than the Ghia, which is probably smokin' by the time you get serious crunch. The Jr. has any shade of distortion at any volume.
It probably can crank out more gain too. I'd say run them both with an ABY.. that would be heavenly.
