I was wondering if you turn the volume of the amp off do you still get wet reverb sound through the speakers?

Connect head to speaker Plug in amp to the wall Turn on amp Turn down the volume all the way untill off Make sure reverb nob is turned up
Do you hear the wet reverb sound though the speaker with no dry tone form the amp?
