[glow=red,2,300][/glow] I bought a red SRZ three weeks ago and loved it so much I just got one of the new black ones. I have conducted an intense and thorough search for an amp that I could get a serious hard rock sound and the SRZ-65 is incomparable!! Any questions?

Ahh yes! With one cabinet running blackbacks and the other Austin Speaker Works White Labels and a REAL Les Paul it's just about the happiest sound on earth or hellhounds unleased. Take your pick mate.

Spent the day tracking guitars in a studio owned by a respected "amp guru". We spent four hours going through all the famous flavors starting with letters M, D, F etc. When we fired up the new black SRZ, we were all amazed and stunned. It was breathtaking and just so much more complex, punchy, exciting and mean than all the others, by far!! Also, we were surprised that the head came with Genelex kt77 Golden Lions!! JJ ecc83-v1, tung-sol 12ax7-v2, and sovtek12ax7-v3. Smiles all around!!

The airbrake won't hurt it and it could still be loud. I'm sure you will find tones-a-plenty to put a smile on your face. There are others here that use the SRZ at home or in a home studio and are very pleased w/ the results.

It is definitley one of the best rock amps I've ever played through. I can remember Selling my 97' DSL 100 which was a very early model, for my SRZ and I hadn't even played through a Z EVER! A friend who introduced me to DR Z told me I wouldn't have any regrets. This guy is an awesome player and by the way Has been the lead guiatrist for a National Country Female Artist for years now, so I trusted him. It has been an amazing amp. Guys come up to me all the time and say, That sounds better than anything I've heard. I run mostly through 4x12 cabs with EV/and Vintage 30's together. Its huge! I can only imagine in stereo!! Your lucky! Keep rocking!
