I've been interested in one of these for a long time.
I owned a Maz Sr w/reverb and really liked it but I've heard great things about the Maz Sr NR and the 3 Dr Z 10" speakers have got to be killer.
I've heard tthat it is great at capturing a Super Reverb vibe too.
If there are any Super Z owners out there please tell me more about it.
Thanks

I listened to Stu jack one up while I was in his shop one afternoon....sounded GREAT! But not sure why you wouldn't simply want another MAZ Senior Head....to use with any Cab including a Z 4x10. You think three Z speakers sound good....try four! My kid has an outdoor-house-party-gig Saturday night....so last night he played through his Senior....running it through it's paces with a Strat and a Les Paul while I watched and listened for over an hour. I don't even know how to describe the Senior properly other than it truely does have MORE....of everything. And...you can dial it in about any way you like. My fave! Mark

HI Guys, New guy here, I have a super Z, From what Z tells me it is one of a kind because of the blond/oxblood color scheme. Your right, it has alot of SuperRev in it, Not having the reverb stage does add a little more, i guess the best way i can describe it is ,,,,size. It is a little more versatile in dialing in tones. I have a Fender 63 reverb tank in the loop, and a modded TS or OD 9 and I'm happenin. Only thing about this amp is IT IS BIG. This ain't no Bandmaster sized 3x10. This is BIG but it has the tone to go with it.

My fave! Mark The Super Z is $250 cheaper than a Maz Sr NR Head and a Dr Z 4x10. Plus with the Combo I could throw it on my dolly and away I would go. I already have a Z Best so another cab isn't in the cards for me right now.

Hey Guys, Lar, if the 3x10 thing freaks you out, Order a 4th speaker and have a new baffle for 4x10's cut, theres plenty of room for another 10".
Steve.

3x10 doesn't freak me out at all. I know how bright a Maz Sr can be and I know how fatr the Z 10" combo's can be.
I think the 2 would sound awesome!!
