It's a very cool and versatile amp! I've not heard mine through a 2x10 but it sounds amazing through every other speaker I have here.

Curt,
I honestly was tempted by the 4x10. But what I had in mind was better portablility and versatility. With the two smaller cabs I can use one or the other for smaller gigs and ease of carry; then I can stack them for bigger gigs (and for the cool look of a 'mini stack', a la the smaller Marshall Silver Jubilee rig.)
I've had a Super reverb and a Bassman (4x10s) and a couple of VibroKings (3x10s) and loved those configurations. I may yet get a 3 or 4x10 amp again in the future.
Daniel

I didn't find the 4-10 too bad for portability. It doesn't seem that heavy and it's not all that big. Now my old straight faced Marshall quad was a different story. can you say "bear hug"

Hmmmm, that's an interesting setting you have on that jr there Zane! Just dime everything and let her rip! ;D that was a setting I stole from one of Benttop's clips in the sounds section...I think the master was set at 9:00 , sounds purty cool~ NICE cab Zane!! FWIW I like that cab even better than the cool slanted looking front 10"/12"ones... yeah it was my idea to "pay tribute" to Fender...it the size of a Bandmaster combo with the slanted front and all...I like it ;^)
