Wow! I just got my new RXJr head and used my Fender Deluxe Reverb as a speaker cab. The amp just plain sounds sweet. I can't believe the different sounds. You can get some serious overdrive at a nice low volume and the tone is to die for. I can't wait to get nice red speaker cab. Anyone know of a decent used one pleae let me know. jimk75@hotmail.com

I'll bet it looks and sounds ALMOST as nice as MY RedHead! What speaker you got in that DR?

I have a Weber 12F150 25w in the DR. I am wondering what speaker I should get for the RXJr.

For dirtier, darker rock tones the Weber Silver Bell is great. If you play more country / cleaner I would lean more toward some Celestion or Eminence speaker.

The Weber alnico blue dog sounds nice but the 50w version is not efficient so it won't be as loud. If you're looking for volume there's this thread talking about the Eminence Tonker and Wizard. First time I heard the RXJS was through a Z 2x12 open cab with blues. nice... drzamplifiers.proboards41.com/index.cgi?board=rxjr&action=display&thread=12005
