Where exactly does the MazGT start getting dirty on the volume knob and how loud is it before it starts getting hair on it, or does this start immediately?

By 9 o'clock you already have hair and you are basically at full volume. From 9 o'clock on up you just get more saturation.
If you look at the video you'll see that with the guitar turned down you can get really nice cleans even though the volume is up on the amp.

When they start the VIDEOS?!?!? Wow... like I needed another Z added to the list. That's not only the best demo of the GT I've seen/heard, but pne of the best amp demos of ANY amp I've seen ANYWEHRE! Great job, Doc! So now I know where I'll be getting my dirt from in the future... but first, to decide between a Stang and Mazerati for my cleans/hair... I think a Stang with a Gold + a GT with a G12H30 might be just the ticket for the "do everything" rig...

Is there a noticeable volume drop when you wind back the volume knob on your guitar to clean up the signal when the amp is saturating heavily? Does the amp still have that jangly, chimey ring when your chording? What single 12 cab suits the Maz GT? I know your a big fan of the celestion gold. Thanks for your time.

Actually I'm not as fond of the Gold in an open back for this amp. It's ok, but the Z-Best sounds so much better, as you can clearly hear on the video. I haven't really made a firm determination on this one yet for a single twelve - I'm playing it through my Z-Best this weekend.
