just wanted a bit of help with a carmen ghia head i just bought. It is an american model and I want to use it over here in the UK. do I need to change the voltage or is it already 220v compatible? it is a 2006 model with a green jewel light. i do not want to use a step up transformer, because i head they change the sound and can be dangerous and a lot of hassle to cart around. I would ultimately like to change the internal transformer in the amp but i do not know what model it is. I would really like to get hold of one before the amp arrives through the post. i was wondering if you could tell me what i need? presumably there can be a good permanent fix, because you supply your amps to peach music in england. what do you do to them when you ship them off there? i am assuming it is a tranny change and this is what i would like to do with my new amp. thanks a lot! Sol
