I bought a used Z28. Its serial number is 015127. How do I determine what year this thing is. I've searched all over the site to no avail. Thanks

The first letter of your serial number corresponds to the year it was made. However, I don't have the starting letter for referrence. Someone here will know.

Info from the Dr's posts:
"Here's a little bit of info for you guys. I started to serialize amps in 1990. I used the letter A to signify 1990, so A - XXXX would be an amp built in 1990. P - XXXXX would be an amp built in 2005." - Dr. Z
Hope that helps,
Paul

Cool, that definitely helps. So the 0 (zero), must actually be an O, which would mean it was made in 2004. Thanks!
