i live in a very old apartment building, and im assuming the power in the building isnt very good......my question is this...
no matter what combination of amps, guitars, cables, ect. i get this weird ocsilating buzz that comes and goes every few seconds. it usually ocsilates about 4 or 5 times and then stops and starts up again. i havent had the chance to try my gear out somewhere else yet, as i just moved, but i never experienced this before. could this be the power source in the building, and if so how do i fix it, and if i cant, will it hurt my amps......thanks for the input

You may want to look into a Furman Power Factor Pro. I bought one of these a while ago & it seems to work well.
